4. Independent Contractors

All service professionals dispatched through Texaserv are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Texaserv. Any contract for services is between you and the Contractor directly. Texaserv is not a party to any agreement between you and the Contractor and bears no liability for the Contractor's actions, omissions, or the quality of work performed.
